Department of Human Services FRAUDULENT ADOPTION Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Department of Human Service worker Barbara Forest broke the law in my daughters case. (1) I did not recieve any notice prior to them terminating my parental rights. Under the Adoption Act 2511, a ten day notion prior to the termination court date has to bew given to the one who is getting their rights terminated. I researched the Adoption Act law and found out that that is a mandatory LAW which was broken in my case. That is kidnapping. (2) My name was forged on that adoption paperwork which is a crime under federal law. 

(3) They have committer perjury in my case. For example: they said me and my child did not have a bond. I have pictures of us two together. DHS covered this crime up for two years and i did not recieve a fair trial. The termination of my rights went in a month after I filed for a PFA order against the father. (Protection from abuse order) which has clearly been ignored for two years and the PFA order is still in effect until April of 2017. Which is a federal violation. ( I am going to say this: i have written evidence of everything I am reporting. I have a right to be heard and get the justice I deserve with a fraudulent adoption. I will not be silent no more.) If anyone object to this report do it in a court room in which I love to have anyway. If you can't provide written evidence, don't respond or object. 

I was not give a right to object to the fraudulent adoption nor was givin a fair trial due to discrimination. I will also be reporting the family courts who allowed this fraud to go through the courts and denied me a right to a fair trial which is my constitutional right. 

Adoption Act Title 23 2513- A Ten Day Notice. This is a Mandatory Law. If this notice was not give to me, the parent of this child, then the adoption is not valid under the law and should be annulled. This means that DHS social worker did not follow due process by law and I am wondering is they violating this PA code law with all parents whose child was taken by DHS (Department of Human Services).
