Department of Law and Investigation/Cashnet Marketing Robin Wilson, Ronnie Wilson, Cashnet Phone scam, phone fraud, bullying New York

I had this company call me twice. The first time they left a voicemail, the second time I picked up. The voicemail was threatening, but nothing compared to "Robin Wilson" which was the "Officer/Attorney" that I spoke with.

He told me that he was "Officer Robin Wilson" calling from the Department of Law and Investigation about an open fraud case that they had against me. He has a very thick Indian accent. He said that they had three charges against me.

I couldn't understand exactly what he said, but they had something to do with fraud, theft and loans. He knew the last four numbers of my social security number, address and email address.

I knew that I had never take out a loan like this and I asked him what his company was and told me that it wasn't a company, he was an attorney representing a company called "Cashnet".

I questioned integrity of his call and he became very agitated. I told him that if he was an attorney and wanted to bring a case against me that he should have me served with paperwork. He told me that he would have someone at my door in two days. I asked him what "Cashnet" is and he became upset and told me to stop interrupting him.

I asked him for a contact number and told him that I wanted to talk with someone who knew what they were talking about and he yelled at me and hung up.
