Dependable Auto Shippers DAS Took over 45 days to get my car back!

I used DAS terminal to terminal to ship my car from CA to FL. I was moving for college and my boyfriend and I did not have a lot of money to begin with. Long story short, we were told our car arrived in Fl and went to pick it up and it had not arrived. It took them over 45 days to get the car to FL from the time we dropped it off in CA. We had to change our flights, stay on friend's couches, get a rental car and ended up spending an additional $700. What made it so frustrating is that we couldn't plan for anything because people from DAS customer service started hanging up on us and ignoring our calls.

If you want to be treated like cockroaches use DAS. I even e-mailed someone from the company to tell them my story and how disappointed I was in their customer service and was still ignored. Please do not let them handle your car if you're moving! Please do not hesitate to e-mail me for further information. If I could afford billboards and commercials to warn other people about DAS so no one has to experience what we went through, I would!
