 I ordered eye cream and serum trial bottles for 5.95 and 4.95 . Not reading the whole agreement of giving them my first born and be indebted to them for life. It says candle any time. But oh no they won't let you. Three months of them taking 89.99 and 98.99 out of my bank acct and sending me more of the cheap products. It didn't burn my face it really wasn't bad but not worth the price or headache I've gone through to force them to credit me one month. I couldn't even mail it back it's a box number. They give you a call. Number yet they tried calling me back after I told them I was calling dateline and exposing them on all social media reporting them to Google my bank and lawyer. They got email from me at 3am 6am 7 pm all different times telling them they can't get away with this and I'm not stopping. The woman I couldn't understand said I didn't have a qualifying reason to return it or get a refund. Lol. I told her I don't need one. I let them know that they will be found out and charged. I went to report them to the FBI website for internet fraud. They credited my account right after I called my bank. What a nightmare. They are thieves. I told them if they didn't rip people off they may just buy the products
