I ordered from Blissful/Derma Refresh a Totally You Eye Rejuvenating Eye cream & Moisturer on a Free Trial. Promptly returned DE86B58F87 (Deb)...They still charged my account $104.00. I have been fighting to get my refund check. They said their system wasnt working to credit to bank or to cut a paper check. That I should have my bank do a dispute/chargeback. Bank will not do one, received a letter stating that. I called and they said they could do nothing, my bank would have to. Fighting with them since 3/13/17...Help!. It caused a $74.00 overdraft. Bank will refund that if I get th $104 back. They lied several times saying a check went out on the 13th of May. NO CHECK! I am retired on a fixed income, I need that money. Please help!!
