Derma Skin Brands Derma Wrinkle Cream Charged me wrongly Kissimee Florida

This company is a ripoff. They offered a sample for $5 and I never received the product. All of a sudden i see a charge to my account of $87.50 so I call them and ask why and they say cause of the membership, what?, I never agreed to a membership, I agreed to a sample to see if I wanted a membership, they tell me ill receive the money back 24 to 48 hours later. When I didnt recieve the money I call once again and they tell me that the "checked the ricordings" and that they never agreed to that. THen they said I shouldve cancelled right away after I subscribed and I told them that I never agreed to membership so I didn't know, they told me they would give me a credit with them for $35 and a 50% discount to use that credit, what?. I am an elderly woman, just trying to buy something for myself and they took advantage, like they have with ,many others
