Derma Skin Brands They charged me for products I didn't order and only gave me a minimum refund when I returned the items Tampa Florida

They offered free samples of Advanced Eye Serum and Anti-wrinkle Cream for a minimal charge of $4.95 for each item for shipping.

Approximately 2-3 weeks later I got charges on my credit card of $87.50 and $85.20. I called the company and asked what these charges were for. They said they automatically send out new shipments if you don't cancel within 14 days.

I told them I never saw anything that said that on their website and I didn't want their products. They said they would give me a 30 percent refund and I could keep the product. I said I didn't want the products and I would return them as soon as they came in. They then offered me a 50 percent discount and I could still keep the products.

I reiterated that I didn't want their products because my wife didn't like them and I would return them as soon as they came in. They said if I returned the products they would charge a restocking fee that would cost me more that the discounted price. I again stated I was returning their products.

I received RMAs for the items and returned them as soon as they arrived. I received a credit of $30.00 for each item.

I have since seen this same company on the RipOff Report and the BBB for the same deceptive practices.
