Called Dermaglo representative spoke to agent #999. Asked when I would see my refund in my bank acct. My total I cancelled was $29.86 that was withdrawn. After much insistence and speaking to supervisor, I am being refunded $19.95 for products I cancelled, but they will not refund S&H. None of this info is in their advertisement. Please, again, do not deal wth this company. They do not let you know that they automatically send products monthly and charge your credit and or debit card without you being aware of it. Good luck to whomever uses these scammers!
