Dermajuve ran an ad saying try a free sample snd only pay 4.95 for shipping and handling. Two weeks later my account was charged 90 dollars without my permission. They sent me another jar of their product which i dont want or need because it isnt good. I want money back.

Free trials/samples...

AUTHOR: Striderq - ()

POSTED: Sunday, October 19, 2014

All of these free trials or samples come with one catch. If you do NOT cancel within the proper time then you are agreeing to their monthly subscription and charge. You may not have meant to approve the transaction but you did. Since you approved it you can not process a fraud claim though your bank. My suggestion: contact the company to cancel & tell your bank you lost your card and want a new card with a competely new number (not the next card in the series). Oh, and read all the details of the next great offer to see if it reall is that great.
