Upon attempting to cancel free trial, and when you call customer service to cancel, they recommend to cancel the easy way, just go online and cancel via the internet. And, you do recieve a cancellation screen stating to further action is required. In my case, 24 days later they charged my card for $79.95. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The deception comes in where they simply call their customer service center to cancel but prompt you to cancel more easily online.

They then provide you no cancellation number via the web.

When you call back to dipute they claim they sent you an email requesting cancellation. When you ask them to produce the email they claim they sent you, they cannot produce any copy. And then ask you to send them the email that they sent you that you never recieved.

Every email system has a "sent" folder and they would be able to look up the email they sent you.
