This company uses Ellen Degeneres to promote it's anti-again creme. They place banner advertisements on Web sites and promise a trial for $4.95 on each of their products: Dermallure and Skin Essentials. They say these products will counter the effects of aging if used together. When I signed up for the trials, I entered my contact and credit card information via an online form -- no terms and conditions. I double checked because I have a basic distrust of such offers. Then they start billing your credit card monthly and allegedly sending you their product although I've never received anything other than the"free trials." When you call to request a credit card credit, they tell you you agreed to terms and conditions when you signed up for their products and the trial was not free. They tell you they have your agreement to send the products and you will need to return the products with an elaborate return key. To purchase both products, the cost is about $200 / month -- even when they don't send you a product. When you tell them you will dispute it on your credit card, they say they will counter that you signed these alleged terms and conditions. Don't deal with this company. You will be sorry.
