They advertise that they will take payments from your credit card, and they actually took over $134.00 form my credit card.


I was given a refund of $119.00.... Thats it. 


I had returned the item without opening it, refused delivery.... and they not only charged me the $14.95 for the shipping that was suppose to be free, but some extra fees... that are not defined.

This is an old report and I can only say that the company Dermawand has absolutely zero desire to profit from a refund transaction to the tune of $14.95

DermaWand I ordered the dermawand a couple of months ago. I tried it and after a week my face was flushed. I got broken capillaries. I ordered it to fix the mild sagginess around my eye and cheek area. Internet
