DermaWand I ordered the dermawand a couple of months ago. I tried it and after a week my face was flushed. I got broken capillaries. I ordered it to fix the mild sagginess around my eye and cheek area. Internet

Dangerous DermaWand,

I ordered the dermawand because I have some sagginess around my eye and cheek area. After using it for some time, my face became very flushed and my broken capillaries got much worse. I sent it back and many calls later to try and get my money back were in vain. 

On top of this, I got charged again for some cream I did not order. I also have sent this back and they have received this as well as the dermawand. After calling them again and again, I still have not received a refund for any of the products I have returned. 

Lately, I just got charged again for 0.2 cents. I know it is a ridiculous amount but it's about the principle. I would call my bank but unfortunately they need access to my account to be able to refund me.

I will never order anything again before checking the reviews first!

DERMAWAND IS NOT DANGEROUS

I have owned a Dermawand for a couple of years now. If people would just take the time to read the instructions in their entirety they would be a lot better off. The instructions provided with your Dermawand clearly tell you to NOT use the product if you have excessive broken capillaries!

 

I, personally, had no problems ordering my Dermawand. I was charged the proper price. However, I would suggest to anyone returning a product to send it certified, return-receipt so that a company representative must sign for it upon delivery. Once it is signed for, the green card is returned to sender with the company representative's signature. This protects the consumer by giving them documentation that the product was delivered to the appropriate place. It is much more likely that the company will acknowledge the return since they know that the card will be returned to the sender, verifying receipt by the company. I always return merchandise this way and have never had a problem with a company disputing that they recieved the return.
