DermaWand Did Someone Say RipOff? Nationwide

DermaWand is a misleading product I purchased from TV, then cancelled within a few hours of my purchase, after researching the product and reading a ton of negative reports. The fast talking salesperson got me to also buy a Free Rewards program with a 30-day free trial. When  I cancelled the DermaWand purchase, I thought that was the end of it. But NO! The Free Rewards program had to be cancelled separately. They claim they sent me a notice to this effect, but I didn't see it. My checking account was charged $24.95. I called Free Rewards customer service to explain I had cancelled this program months ago and was entitled to a refund. I was told there are no refunds as the fee was for my "use" of the program after the free trial expired. "But I never even used it", I told the lady. "It doesn't matter", she responded. Whether or not I actually used the program, I was getting charged and cancelling my DermaWand purchase had nothing to do with cancelling Free Rewards. So, I am $24.95 poorer and posting my story here so you can avoid this same RIP OFF.

By the way, DermaWand is dangerous. Do not waste your money! Google it and read reports here for others' experiences.
