I ordered a TRIAL for DermedicaXR from an internet ad.  It was advertised as FREE, pay shipping only. There was NO infomation included for continued orders and no information for AUTORENEWAL when placing the FREE order.  I received a box with NO information as to who the company was and shipping information, or order form on the inside of box!!  The next thing I know my credit card was charged for AGAIN for the product and I just received today both products.  I am contacting AMEX and reporting this a fraudulent charges as I DID NOT request a second order.  I am willing to return the product, however there is NO information on the box as to where to return....and NO information for customer service to discontinue the orders!!

Dermedica XR Revitalize The Product was for Free trial. Never agreed to auto ship or any subscription, received no documentation not even an email. Received free trial then was xgarged 95.00 14 days later. Cannot reach company the website www.trydermedica.com is no linger active, just has a message saying We are no longer sending free trials please call 888-***-**** for customer service. Even when trying to reach the regular Dermedica website receive and error message of invalid website.' This is a scam, ripoff. California
