This product was advertised on Facebook as the skin care line of Heather Dubrow (Housewives of Orange County) and Terry Dubrow (plastic surgeon and on Botched). So I thought I'd try it. I paid for the renew and repair collagen retinol treatment and the rejuvenate & repair eye serum, $6.95, $4.95 and $2.49. Turns out it's not! I looked it up today and it's called Consult Beaute. Now I know. So I called the number my bank gave me because she said that Dermedica XR (which was under Rivitalife, no such thing!) was about to charge me too for the full price after their trial period (which I told her was not anywhere on the site, nor packaging when I received it.) She gave me 888-233-2106 and 844-514-1022. Same call center! I talked to the sales person and she was nicer than the hassle I had with Daniel at Dermafolia! I told her that this was a fraudulent product and not the products of the Dubrow's as advertised on Facebook and I wanted the order cancelled immediately. She closed my account! No further charges or shipments! Yay! Never use your Visa debit cards!

Same company, same situation happened to me. When I called to cancel, they were very rude and insisted that my account was closed and that there would be no further charges on my credit card. I repeatedly asked for email confirmation of cancellation of account and was told by one rep named Ann that they were a new company and did not have email capability yet. I called back and spoke with another rep who told me email was sent and I would receive it.in 24-72 hours. B.S! All they are trying to do is drag it out to the next cycle so they could charge me again. I ended up calling my bank and terminating my credit card and having a new one issued. What a scam and want a hassle. All I wanted was a little less wrinkles! Never again.
