I applied for a loan on the internet. Around October 5th, 2006, I received a loan agreement and I spoke to Mr. Kyle Foster. I signed the agreement on October 20, 2006 and mailed it off. Mr. Foster contacted me at the end of the month to let me know that I was approved and that I had to send a down payment on the loan. I told him it was going to wait until the middle of November because that when I was going to use it. On Thursday November 15, 2006, I contacted Mr. Foster and told him that I would send the money to hime by Monday, November 20, 2006. On the 2oth, I sent $800.00 western union to Canada. On Tuesday the 21st. I received a call from Customer Service and they told me thatthey had received the money and that the money would be wired into my account within the hour or two.

Customer Service called me later that afternoon. We have a problem. I asked what the problem was and in response was told due to my credit being in bad shape /a real mess that they had to take out insurance on the money which was an additiona $800.00.

I told them that I could not come with the additional money and for them to send my money back. Customer Service told me that it would be January 6, 2007 before they could sned me my hard earn money.

I started to cry because this was my bill money. Thanksgiving was that Thursday and I had no money. Almost got evicted/lights almost got turned off/phone got cut off no food in the house for Thanksgiving and i had guest intown and out of town coming to my house.

Needed that money to buy a car due to a my child that has Special Needs and has appointment out of Dublin, GA. I have two other children that did not have a good Christmas. All of this was told to Mr. Kyle Foster. I asked what about the contract agreement. Mr. Kyle Foster told me that I had to speak with finance.

I have sent E-mail messages - no response/ I have called the number that is on this agreement and no answer. Loan was $5,000.00 the cost of borrowing ended up to be $5,858.74. Now come on. Regardless of my credit. If you are approved for something then you should be granted it. I have been tying to catch up ever since then. I am really hurt that I got suckered into this mess. As of today the car that I was going to buy is gone. No one knows how it feels until it happens to you.

I want to see justice and I what my money back. O borrowed that money from my husband. I have to hear about that every chance I get. Let justice be done. Thank you

I still have my loan agreement and my receipt from Western Union. Thank you.

You might try filing a complaint with your state or the PA Attorney Generals Office.

Unfortunately, your money is most likely gone.

For the future: It is ILLEGAL in the U.S. to require any type of "down payment" for a loan. Any company that requires a down payment is someone to stay away from - it's a scam.

Good luck.
