I whole heartedly agree with another upset consumer. DHGate is not a reliable company to get a refund, even if they state you will get your money back. You will not. I've been in the process of trying to settle this and it's been over two months!

The bank has asked me to provide tracking numbers as they are stopping payment when I return the dresses I purchased. it will cost a total of $250. for mailing the dresses back. The money I spent is $614. I'm happy the bank will stop payment, however, it's very costly to pay for someone else's mistakes. DON'T DO IT!

The dresses are hideous.

Do not buy anything from DHGate. They are not good on their word.
