On February 5th, 2014, I placed an order to DHCameras for a replacement part for my Nikon camera. According to the site, it would take 3-5 days to ship. A couple days after placing the order, my account was charged the $15 or so, and the item said "Awaiting pickup".
It is now February 17, 2014, and my items status is still the same; no tracking information or anything. the money has been pulled from my account.
There is NO possibly way to contact these people. There is NO information on their website. The only thing I have found, was in an email, it said "If you have any questions, reply to this email...blah blah blah".
Even though I have sent countless emails, I have gotten ZERO responses. And, since the transaction was already made, my bank won't cancel the transaction.

It had seemed that my responses, in a nice, calm, and professional manor, weren't getting any responses. So, although I am not proud of it, I tried the opposite.
I sent several mean, angry, outraged emails to DHCameras demanding either:
a) They send my product
b) my money is refunded
c) I am compensated in some sort of way
After a couple days, I recieved a new email saying the order had been updated, but there was no change in it, but no apology or personal response.
Today, I recieved another email saying that, in fact, my order is now shipped, and contained a tracking number.
-There was no apology, no personal response, nor who the item was shipping through. I will not be satisfied until I recieve my item.
This website is a complete joke.
