Diamond Resorts International Took over Monarch Grand Vacations but never credited our monthly payments Las Vegas, Nevada

Monarch Grand Vacations in California (which we purchased in January 2012) filed for bankruptcy and sold their interests to Diamond Resorts International. Diamond Resorts International(DRI) now claims they never received any of our monthly payments made to MGV, and therefore we have to repay DRI for 4 months worth of loan payments or they will place us in default, and increase our maintenance fees to over $1,000.00 a year which is NOT in the original contract. We sent them an Anticipatory Breach of Contract letter to either update their records, stick to the original contract, or we'll file civil charges against them. They are now silent and we do not have access to any of our vacation points we purchased until we send them money we don't owe. This sounds very much like a fiduciary breach of duty or fraud or a scam to get more money.
