First of all, how a V-P of Business Development for a Management Co. has become the President of the HAO Board who should represent the owner's interest is beyond me. Management Co. are self serving profit entities and really can not objectively represent the owners best interest. 

So the Senior V-P and President of the Board, Frank Goeckel, failed to follow through with any resolution to my Better Bussiness Bureau complaint and e-mails me with "this Texas rattlesnake is pissing me off" see below....are you kidding me! Really???
