Diamond Resorts International secondary market scamming- do not buy diamond on the resale or secondary market for a timeshare Las Vegas, NV Neveda

We purcahsed this timeshare on the secondary market and after a year of calls attempting to ask questions about what it would include and how it would be useful to us we gave up.  Many calls were led to leave a message at a phone number and none of which had ever been returned over the course of a year.  Well a year later we finally get a confirmation the timeshare that now has been deeded for us to use. However we come to find out we are now liable for an exorbant annual fee and little did we know we can never exchange the property nor can we go to any other property of diamonds but the one listed on the deed! We are not part of "The Club" if you purchase on the secondary market.  You can only be in "The Club" if you buy directly from Diamond.  We have no use for this timeshare and diamond won't buy it back or let us forefit and is still sending us bills regarding the annual maintance fee for a resort we have no interest in using.  We can't reach the department that supposedly handles this and get the run around every time we try.  Someone please help! Diamond please respond this isn't right!
