Exorbitant Costs of Diamond Resorts International This company has deceived us, lied to us and charged ridiculous fees! Orlando Florida Nationwide

I purchased a week timeshare second hand through my step mother, who owned at Diamond Resorts.  After listening to what they had to say, I thought it was in my best interest.  Once I purchased the timeshare, I started paying the $750 maintence fees associated with my three bedroom, three bathroom condo in Orlando Florida.  The next time I atteneded a Diamond Resorts property after the purchase, I thought it was in my best interest once again to attend a timeshare presentation, to learn more about the product that I had just purchased.  The folks at Cypress Pointe Timeshare in Orlando Florida, told me at the time that since I purchased the property, I had to make an additional minimum purchase of $4,000 to purchase 1,000 points so that I could utilize the point system and trade in the week.  So, taking their word for fact (which now I see was the start of my demise, actually believing them) I purchased the $4,000 in points which equated to 1,000 points.  Once I did that purchase, my maintence fees went to approx $1700.....  I was shocked.  I've continued to try to contact the company to see what I can do to help my situation.  Someone at Diamond told me that the sales guy had blatantly lied to me and that I did not have make an additional purchase.  In my mind, they stole $4,000 from me because they blatantly mislead me and lied.  I've asked Diamond to help me.  I've asked them to help me figure out what happened.  I've asked them how to lower my fees back down to the original costs.  I've asked them to help me understand how I can get rid of this timeshare.  I've asked for so much help and I've literally been given the run around and don't know what else to do. I'm at my wits end, I no longer want this.  Please help!  Anyone!  Thank you.
