Liars, scammers, thieves, .. I can keep going. One of their reservations specialist confirmed a specific room on the phone (which was on a recorded line) and provided a confirmation number. The resort didn’t honor it because they claim nothing is guaranteed. The manager at Diamond Resorts agreed there was a mistake and still couldn’t fix the problem, stating nothing is guaranteed. The Better Business Bureau should conduct an investigation into this company’s business practices.

Update - Manager went out of her way to help us....

Update- After our check-in, Nicole W. (General Manager at Boardwalk Resort Hotel and Villas) went completely out of her way to help my family and I by finding us the perfect room. She really went above and beyond to help us and I really appreciate her help. I wish there were more hotel managers out there like her. Thank you.
