This new organization is a pure ripoff, it is targeting poor families with promises that their kids will be scouted into college football with scholarships and all that.
Having just experienced their combine and seeing how they operate by forcing all the parents to pay cash and staying with the hotels that they want you to stay at at prices 30% higher that the normal rates.
This organization controls all their communcation with facebook, so if they think you are saying anything objective, you are removed.
It is a shame that this organization is claiming itself as a non profit organization, meanwhile it is operating as a for profit franchise by recruiting agents (AKA scouts) throughout the states with lot of cash transations.
It is a shame that this organization is is claiming that they have connections with colleges for these young kids, honestly they don't, or if they do, why they don't they publish the list of colleges that scout these kids
It is a shame that this organization is giving false hopes to many poor families claiming that it is it is helping them meanwhile charging them $400.00 for a basic footbal pans and T-Shirt

Disagree with the complaint

I would like to thank Don Britt and the team from Diamond sports group for the oppurtunity they have given kids to play a sport with competitors around the nation. As consumers of this product we have options to pay the money and enjoy the oppurtunity or complain about everything. I choose to allow my family to enjoy the event. Yes it cost Money, but this is also there lively hood, I havent read anywhere in their BIO that they were volunteers. To put their events on the web with broadcasters is awesome. Along with DVD's this is pretty neat for these kids. As a fairly new company I beleive they are doing the best they can and each year their product gets better. I hope this company charges money for everything, that way they are around for a long time for future young athletes around the nation. $400.00 dollars is not that much to pay in my opinion, they get uniforms, shirts, bags, and a memories forever. I ask this person to understand what they are saying and what they putting out there for everyone to see. Things are not going to be perfect, BUT I will tell you this, we have been to a couple of other national events and some have been much worse, what the Diamond sports group tries to offer is first class, it is right up there with other national companies, which I beleive this company will be in a few years. With the up and coming events on the west coast, the spring football game, and ofcourse Myrtle Beach, they are well on their way.
I firmly beleive that this company doesnt target "poor families". This is a parents choice. If a parent firmly beleives that their child has what it takes to perform against some of the best talent in the nation than step up to the plate. Dont complain, sometimes parents think more of their kid than what is really out there. I have been a part of two events and I saw everyone get there chance to play, some players are not as good as their parents want them to be. I suggest using this platform to see where your child is and where he needes to improve. If a child is good enough at football a college scout will find them
As far making comments that are "objective", why not get in contact with the company and discuss your issues. Being objective is talking to someone in person and not plastering something bad for everyonr to see on Facebbok. Communicate one on one. I am all the way in Washington State and I have talked to Mr. Britt on two occassios about questions I have, good or bad, I have had no problems with anything, the Diamonds sports group always says they are trying to do better, and thats all we can ask for. And thats what they are doing
I am writing here to make a point, there are thousands of kids at each one of these events, which means there are atleast one parent, sometimes two, with sibilings at these events. You cannot make everyone happy, people can try but it will not always work out, my suggestion to parents that are coming to a event for the first time, find the parents on your players team and make friendships. SDtauy in communication with you team MOM. Help out your team MOM. You can make the best out of every situation, get out there and enjoy the event!!

1. We didn't have a family in our game by this false name 2. All athletes received custom gloves, socks, jersey, pants, lanyards, teeshirts medals and more why give false claim? 3. Our hotels started at $67 for 5 star hotel in Myrtle Beach why give a false claim 4. Anyone can go to our website and see what the kids got 5. We never claimed to be a non profit so again the claim is false.
