I made a purchase at Diamonds International in Nassau last week and when I got home and took it to my jewelry store, I was told I over paid for the ring.  This upset me so much I called the company and requested a refund and the reason why.  They told me I can't get a refund.  Plus they told me they "don't" honor other jewelry stores appprasials.  Please don't give them your business. I am so dissapointed not only with them, but the cruise ship that promotes them. Come to find out later, the cruise ships get a commission from them too.  I've been ripped off!!!!

Your claim of overprice seems to be valid; however, requesting for a refund is rediculeous. You were had and you should admit it and move on. Thinking of getting your money back is silly. On the bright side, at least you have warned others about their overprice products.
