The company offers a free traial period but it's not free.  They start your free trail from the date of your order not the shipping date or date the product is received.  The begin to bill your account before your trail period is up at the full price & will not reimbursement you at 100% they want to give you 35%.  If you ask to speak with a supervisor they claim they do not talk to customers because thats not their job.  the Representative then ask the supervisor if they can up the percentage of your payment they give back then they say 50% then one you speak to a supervisor he says 75%.  they are haggling with your money & have not provided any service to you. 

Their Customer Service is piss poor to be nice.  The manager refused to say who owned the company then follows up by saying I don't know if it's in policy that I can disclose that information.  This patch has not been approved by the FDA also they claim it will be delivered within 3 days no it's not but your trail has already begun so it's easier for them to bill you & send out the next shipment before you can respond.  I'm not sure how effective the pactch is because instead of using the 30 day supply you must make a decision by the 14th day which is already passed before you can use product for a week.  Don't be RIPPED OFF by this compay,
