Diet patch today, ultra slim, slim helper and green coffee program are all the same company. They purposly mislead you to purchase the products. when you finally realize you have been billed, they refuse to refund you and charge a cancellation fee. The products are NOT FDA approved and are manufactured in China for 90% less than they charge for them. The employees are instructed not to give any refunds or return or else they will be terminated. The company is owned by a man named Nick Fasci and his assistant Kevin. The legal company name is Alpha Connect, they had to change the name a few months ago after the other company got shut down due practicing horible business. They hide behind the product names so they cannot be sued. The things you can find when hiring a priviate investagator :) $300 well spent.

Please take notice that Alpha Connect, LLC (the Plaintiff), has initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2014-001537 (the Action).
In the Action, the Plaintiff seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Thetruthshallsetyoufree," or any other pseudonym about the Plaintiff.
If you do not respond within 5 business days with your true and correct contact information to our law firm via email (civilaction@pilotsweb.com ) or by telephone (480-588-0449), we will subpoena the records as outlined above.
