This company not only was the rudest that I have ever encountered they also lie.  In December I decided to get a new camera.  I researched and in hindsight I wish that I had thought to go on here to see the reports.  They had the best deal for my camera.  I placed the order and then found out (within a few hours) that my family had got the same camera -not from them- for me as a gift.  I called back to cancel the order and was told that it was already being processed and that I could not cancel it.  Well the other thing was that I was told that what I ordered was the Japanese version of the camera and to order another one that was more expensive.  I told Dave, the person I spoke to, I waned to cancel the order.  I explained- nicely- my situation.  He said the order had already been processed.  My question was that if it had already been processed why were they trying to get me to purchase the more expensive one.  On the e-mail that I got and website said I had 72 hours to cancel the order.  Anyway I told him that I would be refusing the package once it came.  Well it never came and in January I called them again.  My e-mail said that I had ordered on December 23 but the order was not processed until December 29.  By now I am getting upset with them.  Spoke with Dave again and wanted a refund.  He said I had to pay a restocking fee.  Why do I need to pay a restocking fee if I never got the product.  He told me that it was shipped and  I did have a tracking number for UPS but there was not any activity on that number.  Anyway I sent them a money order for $250 in order to get my $1096.00 Refunded to me.  I called them again and again and finally got a response in June that my bank had refused to let them refund my money and that they had sent me an e-mail asking me to call them.  I was told that I would be receiving a certified check in 7-10 business days.  I still never got the check. I went on their site today and guess what? Their site is closed and the number has been disconnected.  I feel violated.  Guess I will never see my money again
