digitaloutlets.net Digital Outlets Rude customer service - unhelpful. Internet

Digitaloutlets.net - Horrible service! Now over a month later after placing my online order I have yet to receive my package in the mail.  I called a week ago to request the status and was told that I was given the wrong tracking information. The rep was not very polite but that's fine...I was told I would be receiving my order in about 3 days but later that night I received an email from USPS with the tracking information that had the date of shipment as the current date (a month later).  It is now 6 days later still no order. I called again today and the customer service rep was very rude telling me there is nothing he can do after the order is put in and shipped out.  So I asked if that's how his company treats their customers that place orders with them? You tell them "Oh it's been shipped F*** off now nothing we can do"...and he also told me "oh yeah like it matters we're going to take your $118.00 and close our doors".  I'm thinking maybe they should with the bad service they provide.  Horrible company!  Horrible customer service...Horrible customer service representatives answering the phones.  I do not recommend anyone orders from this company!
