On July 7th 2005 I ordered a Home entertainment center. Consisting a 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD player and speakers. They took a $199.00 from my checking account. I was told that I would have a the set-up delivered to my house on the 7th of September, which never arrived. I called and was told that I would have a new delivery date of September 20th, which nothing came. I have tried calling back, but now only get a recording which seems to go no where..I have tried the web site and it doesn't exist now..I would like to get my money back..

Since the money came from a bank account, did you file a complaint with your bank? There's a slim chance they might get it back.

I know why you never received your TV.. It isn't September 7th yet. It's only September 4th. Maybe you should lay off the California wine for a while.
