I am sad to admit that I have had employment experience with digital now as a CSR in a cal center that worked with them. The company is no good to their word or their contracts. No deliveries are made and when an order is cancelled the refund checks that are issued bounce.

I was recieving calls from customers who's deliveries had been delayed for months. When you apply online digital now automatically debits the account for the amount of the down payment then never follows thru on the delivery of the TV.

In the month I was working there I had been asked by the company to tell lies to people about when they would recieve their tv's. The company made us and the customers promises that they never followed thru. They told us to pass along customer information and that they would call the customers with information about their deliveries but they never called them back.

Charles Mason, the Vice President of the company, informed us to give his direct line to the customers who had been delayed several times and that he would talk to them. Then, upon transferring a call to him he told the customer that the call center in which I worked was causing problems and delays, and that we were outright lying to them. I'll give it to him that we were lying, but on HIS orders.

This company is not one to get involved in. Stay away from it at all costs and if you've already been caught up in their mess, hire a good lawyer as soon as possible, you'll need it.

This is to real, on a rebuttal this guy Charles is sitting here looking at peoples complaint against his company, then is responding to it, It seems funny to me that he can respond to the complaints on here, but he can't respond to the innocent peoples that he have been ripping off day by day, It is irronic that he can't tell the customers the truth, but he get on this site saying he didn't di this or that, but the proof is in the pudding, that charles and his so called company DigitalNowTV is a internet scam artist firm, I'm so glad that i didn't responed to this scam, I came close but didn't do it, because of that old saying ( If it look to good to be true, then it is to good to be true)My suggestion is to contact your local Attorney General and file charges.

Dear Anonymous,

Since I have no way of knowing who you are, I would love for you to provide me with proof that I had the CSR's of your company lie on "MY ORDERS". Show me anything that has come directly from me telling you to lie. IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. It is sad that you, whoever you are, do not have the courage to address this to me directly or through your managers. I have forwarded this post to your managers.

So if you use to work there what happen did the stress take over? I could not imagine how many angry customers You spoke to everyday, and why is the phone system so messed up over there, I would like to know out of the customers you dealt with how many actually received their system?
