I purchased a Canon camera from them. First of all they sent me a wrong color camera when the order form clearly says black. Also they sent me a wrong memory card. and they push you to get all these extra items like extended warranty, tripod and other gadgets. WHICH is made POORLY. Its probably made in china. AND the customer service is TERRIBLE. Very rude, obnixous and not very helpful at all. I'm still waiting for my right size memory card. I don't even know if they sent me a refurbished camera or not. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to EVER purchase ANYTHING from them. Even about the return policy, they were clearly RUDE. So pretty much i am stuck with a ugly looking silver camera that they sent me. I cannot return it. They would charge me 15% restocking fee.
