Dignity Memorial National Funeral Home & Memorial Park Taking Money and Break the Promise Falls Church, Virginia

My mother died on Octover 23, 2012. We prepaid all the funeral expenses and grave site. Company asked for more money. Still going through the sorrow and grief, we paid additional money for whatever Dignity Memorial asked. Grave marker, particularly, expense is an item we already prepaid. Dignity Memorial personnel told us that the particular grave market should be installed by January 2013. In April, 2013, we checked with the company and found that the grave market has never been ordered. The company not only made a mistake on ordering the grave marker, but also never responded to us how to control our phychological damage.
