I placed an order on January 28,2009. I was charged immediately for the product. I paid additional for PRIORITY shipping so I would get the product within three days.

One week later I still had not received the product. I tried calling. but I got a voicemail stating that all representatives are busy or they are out of the office. I left a message for someone to return my call. My call was NOT returned. Three days later I placed another call with the same result...NOTHING. I sent an e-mail inquiring as to the status of my order...NOTHING.

Over the next THREE weeks I left over 30 messages and sent over 10 e-mails and never received a call or e-mail back. I then filed a claim with paypal since the purchase was through them. They said they had 10 days to respond. Four days later I received an e-mail from Dime A Dozen stating that the product had been on backorder and that they had informed me of that at the time of purchase...Complete LIE.

The next day I received an e-mail from PayPal with a tracking number for USPS. I ran the number and it said no information was available for this number. Two days later it stated that the label number had been received but it had not left the facility yet. Here it is ONE MONTH later and the item has still not left the facility and I cannot get anyone to return my calls or e-mails. I have asked for a refund repeatedly with no response. I have an ongoing case with PayPal and they are at least doing their part to try to resolve this problem.

I just wanted everyone to know about this so hopefully it will not happen to them. The sad thing is I believe the product probably works well but I could not say because they won't send it to me.

I hope that anyone else who deals with this company has better luck.

This is a FALSE CLAIM which can be proved in any court of law. This can even be solved with researching your tracking number. Label/Receipt Number: 9101785091401922754672. Simply go to http://www.usps.com and copy/paste the tracking number. The product was delivered to the address you requested Tammy.

At the time the order was placed our website clearly stated "The item is on back order and will be shipped as soon as it is in stock". We apologize if you misunderstood or overlooked this statement before you ordered. Although we maintained communication with you at all times. You were very aware of the status of your product. Not to mention you left out the emails where you asked us over and over for free merchandise.

We would never take money and not send the order. This is very uprofessional to post a false claim on ripoffreport.com. I understand you are upset although slander and defamation is not the best course for action. If you are reading this please understand this claim is not accurate. Research the tracking number we provided and you will also see the is a FALSE REPORT. You have the item you paid for. Once again what else can we assist you with?
