First of all, before I ordered from the dime a dozen website I did some research on the product first.  Accidentally I ran into ripoffreport.com and read what someone else wrote about this website.  I became skeptical, but then I saw where dime a dozen replied back to the person and said the claim was false.  So I logged on to their website and saw that I could pay through paypal I thought ok great if I dont receive my product I'll just dispute the purchase through paypal.


I ordered the dime a dozen book on sept. 5, 2009.  I also ordered several other products from different websites which I received in days.  I became nervous when I noticed a week and a half had passed and I still hadn't received my book.  I began calling their customer service number, no one ever answers. Then the answer machine tells you to leave a voice message, guess what no one ever called me back.  I called four times.  I emailed them three times inquiring about a tracking number and no one ever emailed me back.  The website claims you will receive a confirmation and tracking number once your payment goes through.  I never received either.  All I got was an email from paypal saying my payment had went through. 


Finally, after close to three weeks I decided to dispute through paypal.  The next day I get a email from usps claiming that Octavia LOpez says she will ship the package to them on sept. 19, 2009.  Well today is sept. 23, 29 and I haven't heard anything else about it.  When I put the label order number in usps.com all i get is a statement that says no tracking information can be determined.  So i'm like what the hell?  I googled the product and I see alot of people have made claims that they have been waiting for months to receive the book.  On sept. 5, I ordered a halloween costume, matching boots, a sexy dress, etc. all which have been received weeks ago, I think its a fraud that a little book has still not come. You do the math.

Finally received book

About three days ago I finally received my book. I felt bad about filing a report, but I was getting very nervous when I wasn't receiving my product nor getting any communication.  However, I have received the book, and its everything that it said it would be.  I dont know why it took so long to come, but I have no complaints about it so far.  Ill be starting the program in about a week.  I apologize to dime a dozen.
