dimout.com is a horrible website that bases its business on stealing from its consumers. I really wish I would have found all the reports about this site before I tried ordering from them.
I have shopped online at many stores much like dimout.com, so I thought. I've never had a problem before and have always received exactly what I ordered.
On Feb. 6th, 2009 I found a pair of boots I'd been wanting for a while, they were on sale at dimout, so I ordered them. HUGE MISTAKE! Like everyone else has stated on here, they took my money right away and then nothing happened. I never received an email stating that my order had shipped or any tracking numbers. After waiting a week I tried calling the number listed(over 20 times) and not once did anyone answer the phone. They aren't good with emails either. After all the emails and support tickets I sent them I finally got one in return from this so-called Kim, telling me that it was a missed order on their end and that they would ship it out immediatly. NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.
After waiting over 2 weeks with no package or info. I sent a very rude email to the "president" of the company telling him that I was very unhappy with the way they run their fraudulant business and that I would be reporting them for their "fake" website. In return I received an email saying they would credit my money back to my bank. LOL, of course that didn't happen. I have now realized that just because the website looks good, doesnt make it real. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE! They are liars and will only take your money.

After sending emails to Dimout telling them that I had posted complaints about them on ripoffreport and ic3, my money was put back into my account. I am sure the only reason my money was returned is because I was relentless in my emailing. I told them over and over again that I wanted my money back. Dont shop at this website! Very untrustworthy people.

Just wanted to post an update on my story. Shockingly, after emailing several times to complain and also telling dimout that I put a report on ripoff and ic3 about their less then professional business ways, my money was deposited back into my account. Guess that just goes to show you that they never did intend on sending me what I ordered. Although I am very pleased to have my money back I still want people to know about this website. STAY AWAY!!!
