I ordered the black patent t-strap 4" high heel in size 5 on 6/27/08. They sent me a size 6. I sent several emails letting them know about the mistake and I always got the same response, the size 5 was on backorder and would be shipped out in two weeks. So I continued to send emails regarding the issue of returning the size 6 which THEY sent me by mistake. They never responded and just kept saying they were sorry the correct size would be sent out shortly. SO, after trying to call the phone number and leaving several voicemails, which they never returned. I decided to send the shoes back in case they decided to charge me for another pair of shoes. I sent an angry letter with the shoes asking for FULL credit for the shoes AND the shipping I paid (I included a copy of the receipt) to send the size 6 back to them and to cancel the order for the size 5. The united states postal service also had a hard time delivering the shoes to the stated address for returns and had left notes there letting them know to pick up the shoes at the post office. More emails followed and no response. They finally sent an email saying that the credit would be issued within the week, this was July 30, 2008. Of course that never happened. Again, I sent an email regarding credit to my card and they had the nerve to respond that the shoes would be shipped at the beginning of August. By this time, I had ordered the same shoes from another site and had received those shoes within the week. I responded again to them and let them know I thought I had made it pretty clear that I no longer wanted the shoes from them. It's August 22, 2008 and I still have not received my credit. I will NEVER order shoes from them again and would advise others not to as well. I saw a rip off report about them and decided to order the shoes anyway and I wish I would have listened to the report as a $30.00 pair of shoes cost twice that plus the shipping I paid them to send the wrong shoes back. I always order clothes and shoes online and have never had this type of problem before, whenever a vendor has sent me an item by mistake they always email me a prepaid shipping label so I can ship the item back at no cost to me, which of course I told them and they still have not responded. I cannot see how they successfully operate a legitimate business.
