Direct Connect Communications Money by Web RIP OFF SCAM BEWARE False Promises--LIES, LIES, LIES Phoenix, Arizona

Was contacted by Direct Connect Communications, I did not call them--Brett was the sales rep--I never would pay a company money to send them deals and I told Brett this but, after an hour on the phone of making promises, I fell for it a dn gave them permission to charge me $250  basically they try to get money out of people, lie constantly, tell the consumer everything they want to hear.  I was told by Brett that his company offered many services that were not on the package sent via mail for the signup.  I paid $250 for one thing, was mailed another and when asked for a refund, I spoke with Moe Robbins, who basically told me --too bad, talked down to me, gave me complete attitude.  Being a small business owner for over 5 years now, I was blown away by the way this company treats people and takes advantage of people in oday's bad economy.I was promised they would look into the sales person who made the empty promises and call me back. Nothing. A week later, Kathy called me and I explained what happened and she promised to call me back and no response.  Moe promised to call me back and nothing again. I guess I have to write this off as a loss but, I wanted to make sure people know who they are dealing with if ever contacted by this company.
