Direct Energy Pricing policy unfair to consumers Nationwide
I was kept on hold for 55 minutes, trying to reach customer service. I finally gave up and sent an email to the corporate offices. The company tripled by electric rates without any notification whatsoever. When someone from teh corporate office finally called, she said the state regulations allowed them to do it. Beware.
