Called to see question my Frud Case and check the status! I was connected with a Lady that new little to nothing so I asked to speak to a SUP. I was transferred to a "Charles" he over talked me, was very rude to me, told me to shut my mouth etc. the conversation ened up turning into anger due to his disrespectfulness towards me. I asked to speak with another SUP and that was denined by him as he said there was no one ABOVE him! He wouldnt give me badge # or anything to call back and identify him to file a complaint. Ive not called back and been placed on hold for well over 45min just to get connected to another Supervisor so that I can file a complaint! Also I never ended up getting the information on why a NO AUTH company was able to take out 120 in 2 days 2 differnt times without my permission and they denid my claim. "Charles" said there is NO DEPT that I can speak with to appel the claim denial in his words "its is what it is, is there anything else I can help you with"
I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB TO REPORT THIS COMPANY!

I was looking into this company and found they have a several complaints about fee's, expired cards and really poor customer service. Seems to be targeting the elderly and that makes you wonder, who is looking into this company and what can you do if you have been victimized. I have had the same problem with fraud on my direct express card. I spoke with the same person you did and he basically repeated word for word what he told you. If you have found a way to help get this solved please share on this post
