This company works through the phone saying that they can lower the interest rates on your existing credit card to as low as 6%. They do call the credit card company's Retention Department and ask to lower your interest. My interest was lowered only 2% and I never heard from the gentlemen "Paul" that I spoke with. Their fee for this service was $990.00

I have tried to reach this company on their website and a did get a company to come up under "Direct Financial Savings", but the gentleman told me they were not the folks I was looking for. He then pulled up the ripoff reports for me.

Their business card shows David D. Richards as Program Director. He does list an email address on his card.
Their billing shows up as CCOMM on your credit card.
