Was hit by one of their policy holders who was at fault. Had their appraser John Crawley come out. Within a week recieved a check for the repairs. Took into a reapir shop gave them the apprasial and they stated the would honer repair estimate. Racheal Murphy was their representitive that handled all communications thru the company. Dropped Truck off to repair shop 4/7/14 at 8am called Mrs Murphy 4 times to get set up for a rental. Could not get hold of her. Escalated up to her manager he didnt answer as well. Went thru the general options and they patched me into her line and she answered. Set up a rental at eneterprise rentals. Went to enterprise to pick up rental they had none and would not have none for 2-3 days. Called Mrs Murphy back. Stated that they would reimburse me for a rental after i picked up vechile and also diminished value of my vechile. 4/12/14 picked up truck. Called Mrs Murphy. Explained to her i had truck in possesion. She calculated my rental to be 20 per day for 3 days as per John Crawles apprasial. Explained to her that it was in the shop for 5 days and no where in this world could you rent a full size suv for 20 per day anyways. Stated she could with the arrangment that they have with enterprise. If you cant provide a rental and offer to reimburse you may want to mention that its at fairy tale rates. Thru 3 rental sites for an suv average for 5 days of rental for me were a range of 950-1100. Enterprise for me was 980.  She offerd me 60. Diminished value for my car after the accident she totaled up to 16. I recieved a check for dimisnihed value and 3 days at her fairy tale rate for a grand total of 74.17. Check is still sitting there and i will not cash it. Currently logged a complaint thru BBB, SSC and if neither of them work Court will be next. IN case your wondering the suv in question is a fully loaded 2004 cadillac escalade. kbb value 9,500-10,500,. Dont settle for the bs this company is feeding you. Currently asking for rental reibursement of 949.81 and 1000 for diminished value.

    They came back after BBB complaint and offered 55 per day for 3 days of rental. Vechile in shop 5. They stuck to their guns on 14 for diminished. BBB is a joke this company has tons of complaints and an A+ rating. BBB is a joke. Will be taking this matter to court....
