Direct Merchants Bank Fruadulently charging payment protection to my account and claiming I asked for it Tulsa Nationwide

I recieved a Direct Merchants Credit Card back in 1999. I was never late on a payment but they raised my interest rate to 29.99%. Besides that they charged me I believe $129.00 one month saying I orederd some kind of overdraft protection, or insurance. I called and told them I never asked or agreed to that, and they told me that I did indeed sign up for it with a representative over the phone!!!

This company has no ethics, and fraudulently charges customers accounts for crap and hopes they don't notice.

After reading the previous postings on this RIPOFF some rep for dmb said tthey only raise interest rates when you are two or more payments late---I was never late and my credit report can prove that.

Liars---Theives---Fraudulent Company--Something must be done to protect consumers from this company!!!
