Direct Savers & The Reservation Center Direct Savers Scam Houston Texas

When I attended the Direct Savers talk, a co-op buying service, they mentioned for the first time that the cost of the Las Vegas Getaway, which was given as a bonus for attending, would be $29. (which was not stated on their original postcard to attend). I gladly sent $29. to The Reservation Center, P.O. Box 73585, Houston TX 77273.

When I received their activation form for the trip they asked for another $75 per person. This extra cost was also never mentioned anywhere. I was not about to send them $150. for me and my wife.

I called their phone number and requested my $29 back. The girl who answered told me they do not give the money back and that this extra money was for taxes. I said $150 for taxes, which was never stated before, is a ripoff and their advertising is completely fraudulent.
