Same story, only the names have changed... Order a hot tub spa (SKU# 338B3) from Direct to Home Appliances LLC, on May 9, 2011 ... sent check ($4198.00), check was deposited in your bank on May 13, 2011. Emails sent back and forth with little or no response. Reported to BBB (# 57210614) with little or no response. Even with a lawyer writing this company... Still no response!

Since my last email from Steve Barbarich on April 28, 2012, I have not heard a word.

This company had no problem taking our money and giving us excuses and we still haven't received our hot tub spa or a refund. How can a company get away with pulling all these scams and still have a operational website and still be in business. Where is the justice!
