My Dirt Devil vacuum broke and I took it in to the service center. It was under 3 years warranty and 6 year warranty for parts. I would not recommend anyone buying a dirt devil vacuum. It falls a part easily,suction is horrible and you have to remove clogs with every use. Dirt Devil approved a new vacuum, then denied it and went back on their word. I called the dirt devil service center, they said they couldn't do anything but give me a discount for a new vacuum. They denied their own warranty. So my vacuum will be 2 different colors. They do not keep their words on their warranties. Don't waste your money on any dirt devil products. They break easily. Thank you Steve for not doing your job.
