It has been a terrible experience shopping online with Discount Auto Mirrors. I ordered a product that displayed as being in stock. I placed the order and days after I didn't receive any shipping information or tracking number. I had to call and find out what happened to my merchandise, because they had no clue where was my merchandise. I talked to several supervisors and they all gave me different stories. They promised to call me back and they never did. To my surprise that their call center is in the Philippines? I had trouble understanding their accent and had one call on odd hours. They charged my card twice and I'm still waiting for my refund. I thought online shopping was supposed to be convenient but it has been the opposite. I regret ever ordering from this awful company. Just for your information, JC WHITNEY owes this company. Shame on them for having customer service representatives from the Philippines, working on very low wages and making do their dirty work. I'm still waiting for my money! Don't rip me off!
