On August 13, 2010, I placed an order with this website for 3 cartons of cigarettes. I paid for them with my debit card. The amount was $78.00. I received a confirmation email from them. The next day I received an email from them saying the order had shipped, they guarantee delivery and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get it.

After 3 weeks, I sent them another email telling them I had not received the order. They responded with an email asking me to wait another 7 to 10 days and again stating that they guarantee delivery.

After 10 more days passed, I again sent an email. They did not respond. I have sent 3 more emails to them and they have not responded to any of them.
