I ordered $10,ooo.00 in American Silver Eagles from discount gold brokers on 20 Sept 2013 from David Morgan. I had a bank transfer so I could have the silver shiped sooner. I was told the silver would b shiped n 2-3 weeks. David told me to contact Mike Berman for any information on the shiping date.
Mike Berman would call once or twice a week to let me know the status on my order. He said it would be shiped soon, then next week end, then there ws trouble shiping at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Then Mike Berman said there was a shipment that was missing he was tracking and would send mine as soon as it was cleared up.
Mike Berman then started calling me for the weekly up-dates on a different phone that showed up on caller ID as "privet number"
Mike Berman then stopped calling around the 1st of February 2014. With his mail box full, and he was not calling, I can not contact him.
Now 6 months later and I'm still looking for him.

Discount Gold Brokers needs to be SHUT DOWN and the owner in JAIL. Print off a copy of all of these reports and send them to where ever discount brokers advertises. Whoever takes his advertising money and promotes this company on their form of media needs to know about what this company is doing. This Guy needs to be in jail. I wonder if the attorney general in California is willing to put on his man boots and go after this guy.
I encourage anybody to print off this report and fax it to the attorney general let's see if the Atty. Gen. in California has a set of balls. Why do the taxpayers pay for the attorney general salary if they are not willing to do anything ?
It's time this guy get put out of business PERIOD !!! This Friday I will spend a minimum of eight hours on the Internet to expose this guy with Atty. Gen.'s and the attorney general for the United States of America it's time we put this circus clown out of business

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.
